Sculptique Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy explains how our subscription program works and how you can manage, pause, or cancel your Sculptique subscription.

1. Subscription Overview

By subscribing to Sculptique, you agree to receive recurring product shipments at the frequency you selected (for example, monthly) and to be automatically charged for each order until you cancel.

Your payment method will be charged automatically on a recurring basis, and you will continue to receive your chosen Sculptique products until you cancel your subscription.

2. Billing and Payments

When you place a subscription order, you authorize Sculptique to automatically charge your saved payment method for each recurring order.

  • Charges occur at the start of each renewal period (e.g., once per month).

  • Prices may change, but we’ll always notify you in advance before your next billing cycle.

  • Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be added to each order, if applicable.

3. Cancellations and Modifications

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime by:

  • Logging into your customer account and managing your subscription, or

  • Contacting our support team at support@sculptique.com.

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date.

4. Returns and Refunds

All subscription orders follow our standard Return & Refund Policy, available here. Subscription payments that have already been processed cannot be refunded once your order has shipped.

5. Communication

You’ll receive an email confirmation for every subscription renewal, including the order total, next charge date, and delivery details.
We may also send occasional emails about updates or special offers related to your subscription.

6. Policy Updates

We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
